The minimum age to rent from The Executive Rental is 21 years old. You must have a valid driver’s license and meet all other rental requirements at the time of your booking.

You will need a valid driver’s license and proof of full coverage insurance. If you do not have full coverage insurance, you may still be able to rent through our Turo listing if you meet Turo’s rental requirements.

Yes. Renters are required to carry full coverage insurance. If you do not have full coverage, we recommend checking our Turo listing as Turo offers its own protection plans that may qualify you to rent through their platform.

Yes. A security deposit of $300 is required at the time of your rental. The deposit will be returned at the end of your rental period provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was received.

Each rental includes 200 miles per day. Any miles driven beyond that are charged at $0.25 per additional mile. We recommend planning your trip in advance so you have a clear idea of your expected mileage.

Late returns are subject to a late fee. Please communicate with us as early as possible if you anticipate returning the vehicle after your agreed return time so we can work something out.

Once a vehicle has been reserved, all payments are non-refundable. If the vehicle experiences a mechanical breakdown during your rental that was not caused by renter negligence, we will do our best to extend your rental period or provide a substitute vehicle to accommodate the lost time. In the event that a breakdown was caused by renter negligence, The Executive Rental reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the rental without issuing a refund.

Yes. We offer vehicle delivery within a 10 mile radius of our location for a flat fee of $75. Alternatively, customers are welcome to meet us at our designated pickup location at no additional charge. Contact us to arrange the details.

We currently accept payments through Stripe, which supports all major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of your booking.

You can browse our available vehicles on our fleet page and reach out through our contact page to get started. You can also rent directly through our Turo listing if you prefer to book through that platform.
